EU Recast of Dual Use Export Controls

The EU has been preparing a recast of the EU Dual Use Regulation over the last years.

On 26 January 2009, a conference was held in Brussels in order to allow exporters to comment on the current proposals. The proposed changes of the EU Dual Use Regulation can be found here, though this proposal does not yet reflect the results of ongoing discussions with the EU member states.
